Fully Automated Group Insertion Machine

The fully automated robotic element-group insertion system is mainly used in the downstream stage of the stacking process. It automatically picks, transfers, positions, and inserts completed element groups into the subsequent process. The robotic gripper automatically grips each element group and precisely places it into a metal cassette. With high positioning accuracy, stable transfer, and high production efficiency, the system effectively improves assembly consistency while reducing manual intervention.
