U-Type High-Output Fully Automatic Stacking Machine ST-100

The stacking machine is one of the core assembly systems in a lead-acid battery production line. It automatically arranges, counts, aligns, and stacks positive plates, negative plates, and separators according to product specifications, forming complete element groups for downstream welding and container insertion. With high-precision mechanisms, automatic pick-and-place, and intelligent control, the system manages sequence, plate count, thickness, and compression dimensions to reduce manual error and improve product consistency. It can also integrate plate feeding, AGM feeding, inspection, conveying, CCD vision inspection, weight monitoring, and MES data tracking.
