Automatic Lead-Acid Battery Plate Stacking Machine

The plate stacking machine is one of the core assembly systems in a lead-acid battery production line. Based on product specifications, it automatically performs the feeding, counting, alignment, and stacking of positive plates, negative plates, and separators to form complete battery element groups for subsequent welding and container insertion processes. The machine adopts an automatic plate pick-and-place system using vacuum suction wheels, combined with intelligent control technology, to ensure that the plate sequence, quantity, thickness, and compressed dimensions of each element group meet process requirements. This effectively reduces manual operation errors while improving product consistency and production efficiency. In addition, the stacking machine can integrate plate feeding, AGM separator feeding, automatic stacking, quality inspection, and conveying functions. It can also be equipped with CCD vision inspection, weight monitoring, and MES integration to enable real-time process monitoring and production data tracking.
